Return and Exchange Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, 100% cash refund.
Email us for an application for return or exchange of products at firstname.lastname@example.org. On receiving your email, we will advise you to drop off your item at the nearest DHL or fastway courier service for pick up.
Place the item in its original packaging, including any accessories, tags, labels etc. Always ensure your return slip is signed by our agents. That is your proof of return. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your via refund western union money transfer or bank transfer depending on your selected option, and this cannot be changed after option has been registered by our CS team.
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING INFORMATION
Our delivery and shipping will be based on the information you provide us with. Packages are generally dispatched within 24 hours after receipt of payment and the shipping begins the following day. Customers will receive a call from our courier personnel at the point of delivery. Customers can track their items during shipping until collection. Your purchase will be delivered within 2-4 days after the date of purchase.
Customers within southern Africa will get their purchased items delivered in 2 days after purchase date and customers within Africa and Middle East etc, will receive their purchase items in 3-4 days after the date of purchase. Please note that weekends are not included in this timeline and customers are advised to sign all necessary documents and keep a copy for delivery. Customers must not make any payment to anyone at the point of collecting their purchase items from Keyboard Cart.
